Grilled Jerk Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers 500w 7740I’m a huge fan of mixing sweet with spicy to take your taste buds on a fantastic journey, so of course, I just had to try this recipe and it is phenomenal.  The hot and spicy flavor of the jerk shrimp is definitely accented well with the sweet and juicy pineapple – and of course, anything you can serve on a stick just makes clean-up a breeze!

Yummy Grilled Zucchini

zuccWhen you’re serving up the day’s catch of fresh Bass or Crappie here on Weiss Lake, you need a great side dish to go with it and this zucchini is perfect.  The lemon zest helps cut down the salty flavor, and gives is a bright flavor that pairs soooo well with the fish!

Grilled Ham & Cheese Pull-Apart Sandwich Loaf

This is such a simple way to grill up some lunch in between dips in the lake.  You just slice up a loaf of Italian bread, add butter, mustard, sandwich ham, and swiss cheese, then wrap in foil and heat up on the grill until the cheese melts and that’s it.  Simple and delicious!  It doesn’t get any better than that.
